Out of the Box Specialties stands behind every product it sells. Since most of our work is custom produced, however, refunds are not provided as we reserve the right to replace items that are incorrect due to our error.  Products which have mistakes that were approved by the purchaser following approval of a proof will be replaced at the purchaser's expense.
